Age limits and parental consent rules under India’s DPDPA for users under 18.

1. Age requirement
FitFriend Frenzy is directed at users aged 18+. Under the DPDPA, a “child” means a person under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
2. Parental / guardian role
If we enable youth access in the future, we will implement verifiable parental consent flows before processing a child’s personal data, and will not track children for targeted advertising.
Until such a flow is launched, accounts for under-18 users should not be created.
3. How to report
If you believe we have collected a child’s data without required consent, contact support@fitfriendfrenzy.com or support@fitfriendfrenzy.com. We will delete the data promptly after verification.
