Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using FitFriend Frenzy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent where required by the DPDPA.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login credentials confidential.

3. The Service

FitFriend Frenzy provides activity logging, competitions, social features, AI coaching tools, nutrition helpers, and related wellness features on web and Android.

Features may change, be beta-tested, or be limited by subscription tier. During free beta periods we may unlock premium features without charge; that does not create a permanent right to free premium access.

4. Health & AI disclaimer

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before starting new exercise or diet programs.

AI outputs (form check, meal plans, Pulse tips, insights) are informational suggestions only. You remain responsible for your safety and decisions.

5. Fair play & conduct

You must not manipulate logs, spoof sensors, harass others, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the Service, or abuse AI or APIs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, cheating, or risk to other users or the platform.

6. User content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including AI processing you request and showing scores in competitions you join).

Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights or contains sensitive data you are not authorized to share.

7. Subscriptions, credits & payments

Paid tiers and AI credit packs may be offered. Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and billing partners will be shown at checkout when payments go live.

Until a payment gateway is enabled, paid checkout is not active; any “request pack” flows may be fulfilled manually by admins.

Refunds are governed by our Payments & Refunds policy.

8. Organizations & franchises

If you join an organization or franchise, admins may manage membership and see permitted analytics. Your use may also be subject to that organization’s internal policies.

9. Intellectual property

The FitFriend Frenzy name, logos, product design, and software are protected. You may not copy or exploit them except as allowed by these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from physical activity undertaken while using the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for Terms breaches or operational reasons with notice where reasonable.
